Hepper Olson Architects was hired to plan the repairs and renovations of the historic building damaged by the tornado of 2007. The project involves coordination with FEMA, State Historical Society and the City of Northwood.

In 2010 we assisted with a SHS grant to secure funds to complete additional exterior work.
